1. Our Business Policy
1.1 Redemption offers products for sale on redemption.com and its e-commerce business services are available exclusively to its end users, i.e. the “Consumers”.
1.2 “Consumer” shall mean any individual who is acting for purposes which are outside his or her trade, business or profession. If you are not a Consumer, please do not buy any products on redemption.com.
1.3 Redemption reserves the right not to process orders received from users who are not Consumers and any other order which does not comply with Redemption’s business policy.
1.4 These Terms and Conditions of Sale (together with the documents referred to herein) regulate the offer, transmission and acceptance of purchase orders relating to products on redemption.com between its users and Redemption.
1.5 The Terms and Conditions of Sale do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products performed by third parties that are on redemption.com through links, banners or other hypertext links. Before sending orders and purchasing products and services from those third parties, we recommend that you verify the third-party’s terms and conditions, since Redemption shall under no circumstances be deemed liable for the supply of services provided by third parties or for the execution of e-commerce transactions between the users of redemption.com and third parties.
2. How to Execute a Contract with the Vendor
2.1 To place an order for the purchase of one or more products on redemption.com, you must fill out the online order form and send it electronically to Redemption, following the relevant instructions.
2.2 The order form contains a summary of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, information on the main characteristics of each product ordered and corresponding unit price (including all applicable fees and taxes), the type of payment that you may use in order to purchase each product, shipping terms for the purchased products, shipping and delivery costs and the terms and conditions for returning purchased products.
2.3 An order shall be deemed to have been submitted when Redemption receives your order form electronically and the order information has been verified as correct.
2.4 Before submitting your order form for the purchase of products, you will be asked to carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Sale, to print a copy and to save or reproduce a copy thereof for your own personal use.
2.5 The order form will be filed in our data base for the time required to process your order and as provided by law. You may access your order form by logging in and visiting the section called recent orders, in the My Account area.
2.6 Before submitting the order form, you will be asked to identify and correct possible input errors.
2.7 English is the language used for executing contracts with redemption.com.
2.8 After your order form has been submitted, Redemption will process your order.
2.9 Redemption may not process purchases when there are not sufficient guarantees of solvency, when orders are incomplete or incorrect, or the products are no longer available. In the above cases, we shall inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been executed and that Redemption has not carried out your purchase order specifying the reasons thereof. If the order form has been sent and the price has been paid for items that are no longer available, Redemption will refund the amount paid for those items.
2.10 By submitting an order form to and making a contract with Redemption, you unconditionally accept and undertake to observe the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Should you not agree with certain provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, please do not submit your order form for the purchase of products on redemption.com.
2.12 Upon submission of an order form, Redemption shall send you a purchase order receipt e-mail, containing a summary of the information related to the order form.
3. Guarantees and Product Price Indication
3.1 The main characteristics of products are shown on redemption.com on each product page. The products offered for sale on redemption.com may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of image and colors due to the Internet browser or monitor used.
3.2 The products sold on the Website are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005. This guarantee is provided to Consumers only.
3.4 Prices are subject to change and will be as quoted on redemption.com from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.
3.5 Orders made from a Country site different from the one you are shipping to, or to addresses to which Redemption cannot ship, will be automatically cancelled.
3.6 All Products sold by redemption.com come with an identification tag attached with a disposable seal. When trying on the products, you should not remove or alter the tag or seal from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
4.1 Payment of the product prices and relevant costs for shipping and delivery must be made by using one of the procedures indicated on the order form.
4.2 In case of payment by Credit/Debit Card, our payment system ensures secure transactions.
5. Shipping and Delivery of the Products

The information provided in these sections forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and, consequently, shall be deemed to be fully read and accepted by you at the time your order form is sent.

7. Consumer Rights and the Cooling-Off Period
7.1 In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing Redemption within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from redemption.com.
For details regarding product limitations and refund policies, please refer to our “returns and refunds” section.
7.2 You should return the purchased products to Redemption within fourteen (14) days from the date you notify Redemption of the cancellation, in the same condition in which you received them. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
7.3 To return the products:
A. You should notify us in writing within fourteen (14) days (from the day of reception of the products) by writing an email to our Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. You should keep a record of your cancellation notice;
B. The products should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
C. The identification tag should still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
D. The products should be returned in their original packaging;
E. The products should be shipped to Redemption within fourteen (14) working days following cancellation of the contract.
7.4 If you cancel the contract within the fourteen (14) days, you need to return the product within the following fourteen (14) days from the date of cancellation of the contract. Provided you exercise your right of withdrawal and cancel the contract in the manner and within the time limits specified herein, we will process the refund of any amounts due to you for the purchase of products as soon as possible and, in any event within fourteen (14) days of the day of receipt of the product in our warehouse or, if earlier, of the day of evidence of shipment provided by you. For details regarding product limitations and refund policies, please refer to our “Returns and Refunds” section.
8.2 You are advised to read, if you haven't already done so, our Terms and Conditions of Use which also contain important information on how we process the personal data of our users and on the security systems of redemption.com.
9. Governing Law
Without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection laws, these Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by Italian legislative decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 and by Italian legislative decree no. 70 of 9 April 2003.
10. Amendments and Updates
The Terms and Conditions of Sale may be amended from time to time due to new laws and regulations or other reasons. The new Terms and Conditions of Sale shall be effective as of the date of publication on redemption.com.

We deliver to many countries around the world and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.
In order to ensure you a hassle-free shopping experience, for selected countries, we are now including the Customs Duties in the final prices without any price change.
During sales period, deliveries may take 2 or 3 business days longer than usual.
1. Shipping Methods and Costs
To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we have chosen DHL for all shipments. Shipping rates vary based on shipment type, destination (please see table below) and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, from Monday to Friday if received before 4pm CET. Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
We offer free shipping for all countries. However, in case of returns, costs for shipping will be deducted from refunds. Those costs are 30€ for European Union countries and 60€ for the rest of the world. Please refer also to return and refunds section.

3. Important Delivery Information
We recommend that you consider the following information:
- All orders require a signature upon receipt,
- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,
- DHL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery,
- If DHL does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.
4. When Do We Deliver?
Our Online Store ships worldwide with DHL, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
DHL does not deliver on festive or pre-festive days.
5. First Time Orders
For your security, please be aware that first-time orders can only be shipped to the cardholder's billing address or a corporate work address which we are able to verify independently. To avoid delays to your order, please ensure that your billing address matches the address on your card statement and that the cardholder's name is written as it appears on the card. Please also ensure that your contact details are filled in accurately so that we can contact you if necessary.
We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

8. Taxes and Duties
Italian VAT will be applied to all EU destinations and the UK.
Some countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.
The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis: USA, SWITZERLAND, NORWAY, SOUTH KOREA
If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as EU/UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our Website ships worldwide with DHL and the shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, as an international courier for your order, DHL may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.

1. Returns Policy
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on redemption.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.
All items are quality checked before they are dispatched to customers.
If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately.
To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Be in their original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
- Be returned with all original tags still attached and intact
- Be returned with their original packaging in an undamaged Redemption box
- Be returned from the same country where the order was delivered
2. How to Process a Return
In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you may exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring any penalty and without the need to provide any reason, by informing Redemption within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from redemption.com.
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, make sure you request your Return Authorization Number (RAN) number within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order and return the items within fourteen (14) days of receiving your RAN number. To request your RAN, please contact our customer service at email@example.com who will send you a form to complete in order to proceed with the return.
Items must be returned from the same country to which the order was delivered and must be in their original condition with the original Redemption packaging, as outlined above.
Please note that you can choose any preferred courier or postage method for your return, you will have to pay for the return shipping cost up front and at your own expense.
Customers from outside the EU should fill in three (3) copies of the Returns Proforma invoice with item descriptions and unit values. These forms are necessary for Customs clearance and will have to be handed into your selected courier. You will find this form inside your package, or request a new copy to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we receive your items at our warehouse, we will process the return within seven (7) business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.
Returns that fail to meet the conditions above or that have missing or incomplete Customs documentation may be rejected and returned to the shipper.
3. Receiving a Refund
Once your return has been accepted, your refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Without prejudice to the above, the time period for refunding the amount you paid for purchasing the returned products depends on the form of payment used:
A. payments by credit/debit card: please note credit card refunds may take up to ten (10) business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately, we are unable to control this.
B. payments via PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account. The actual reimbursement to the credit card associated with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. For all orders, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund: 30€ for EU countries and 60€ for the rest of the world.
We are currently unable to support exchanges through redemption.com. You can return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded once received and you may place your reorder at any time.
